Ported 3100 Manifold Set

Direct replacement for your stock 3100 intake manifolds.  The upper intake is gasket matched and blended from inside out, to provde the best transition of the runner.  The lower intake is matched to the upper and blended to the lower portion , creating the velocity your engine needs for efficiency.  This set will work with stock heads, though ported heads are recommended to get the most from your manifolds.

A $160 refundable core charge applies if you are not sending your manifolds first.  Please make sure there is nothing else bolted to the manifolds before sending them in.

Coolant line connection refers to the heater core return line that hooks up to the lower intake, below the throttlebody.  Newer vehicles (99?+) have a press in setup, while the older vehicles most likely have a threaded fitting that screws in, and then a quick disconnect tube connects to that fitting.  There is no charge if you need this fitting threaded for your vehicle.

Also available are the 62mm and 65mm billet throttle bodies at a discounted price with the manifold set.  You can select either 62 or 65mm.  If you are purchasing a throttlebody, please select the stock TB size, as this porting is included in the TB price (we will refund if you accidentally pay for this). 

When buying a Billet throttle body with this set, please choose bare if you wish to assemble it yourself, without core if you are going to send a throttle body in for us to assemble, or with core if you want to send your stock throttle body back in later for $50 core refund.   If you are purchasing the throttle body complete, please tell us the vehicle so that the correct linkage can be used. Phenolic spacers to keep the upper intake from soaking up the heat from the rest of the motor are also available.
