L82 and LG8 3100 Performance Cylinder Heads
WOT-Tech only uses newer casting heads for the best performance. If you have the L82 3100 engine, your cylinder heads will not be suitable cores to return. If you have non roller rockers, rollers will need to be used or extra grinding on the lower intake will be required to clear the rocker arm.
L82 heads use a 1.72" intake valve and the LG8 uses a 1.76", which accounts for part of the difference on the intake. There is a considerable difference between ports in the older castings, making them undesirable for anyone looking for efficiency and performance.

Street Performance
Better than gasket matching, and more important than flow, velocity is the key to our street porting. The intake is left rough for the air/fuel mix quality, and shaped for the best flow without compromising any bottom or mid range power. These heads also offer the highest compression with no combustion chamber work other than the valve job and deburring.

Street/Strip
Street/Strip is the best explanation possible for what these heads represent. Perfect for the street, perfect for the dragstrip. These are excellent for both naturally aspirated and boosted applications. Velocity is still key, with flow taking a higher priority over slight compression loss due to the redesigned combustion chamber.
