L82 and LG8 3100 Performance Cylinder Heads

WOT-Tech only uses newer casting heads for the best performance. If you have the L82 3100 engine, your cylinder heads will not be suitable cores to return. If you have non roller rockers, rollers will need to be used or extra grinding on the lower intake will be required to clear the rocker arm.

L82 heads use a 1.72" intake valve and the LG8 uses a 1.76", which accounts for part of the difference on the intake.  There is a considerable difference between ports in the older castings, making them undesirable for anyone looking for efficiency and performance.

Sportsman

Budget price, killer performance.  Based on the Competition porting, the Sportsman series have the most important modifications done and nothing else.  Sold as bare heads with enough options for a ready to bolt on set of heads.  We would put these up against the competition's stage 1 and 2 heads, at a fraction of the cost.    Add a set of sportsman ported manifolds and complete this budget minded performance upgrade. 

Competition 

Competition porting represents the best of what we have to offer.  Perfect for the street, perfect for the dragstrip.  These are excellent for both naturally aspirated and boosted applications.  Velocity is still key, with flow taking a higher priority over slight compression loss due to the redesigned combustion chamber.  These heads were used to put down 222whp with a perfectly streetable 3400 swapped Malibu.  You can check out more on this vehicle on the 60DegreeV6 site

Specifically designed for high output engines either NA or turbo/supercharged.  These heads offer the greatest flow when paired with matching WOT-Tech Competition Series manifolds.
