3400 Phenolic Spacers

1/2" thick CNC cut phenolic spacers with O rings, from TCE.  Phenolic material is great for isolating parts from heat, helping to reduce heat soak.  Reusable O ring setup to eliminate the need for gaskets as well.  Includes allen head bolts needed for installation.  Please select which bolts you need, 3100/3400 plenum or 3500.  If you are going to port the 3500 upper to the larger metal plenum gasket port dimensions, you will want the 3500 Phenolic Spacers.

To answer questions about how these work out, I have installed them on a motor and took some pics.  I recommend  bypassing the throttle body coolant lines.  You could get new hoses or perhaps the stockers will work, but its a lot easier to cut them and bypass them with a single long hose to connect them to each other.   The bracket mount for the alternator was wrong on my test engine and not used, so I was not able to compare that.  The vacuum lines are not a problem.  The DIS mounting bracket (ignition coils) should be bolted back up to the plenum.  The bracket either needs to be bent for the lower tabs to allow you to put the nuts back on, or just leave it be.  It won't go anywhere with the 2 bolts to the plenum.  The fuel pressure regulator is close to the plenum now, but you can get the holes to line up for the new bolts so that is also not a problem.  The pictures below aren't the best quality but hopefully you will see how it looked in use on a large port 3100 engine.
