Why take a chance on improving performance when you could just as easily hurt your flow, efficiency (mpg), and throttle response from a DIY gasket match job. These street/Strip performance heads are the result from years of R&D on a flowbench to find the best flow while improving velocity at the same time. Velocity + Flow = Performance with excellent drivability on the street. You simply won't find a better set of heads for your street driven 3400 engine at any price.

These heads are setup for performance cams up to .610" lift and moderate lifter acceleration rates. This translates to all but the most aggresive grinds possible, which should have the optional PAC 1518/Valve Spring Pocket work done. The valve job is biased to low/mid lift flow standard, but for those running .550" lift or more, a different valve job is available to bias mid/high lift flow. Manley Race Valves are recommended with the PAC 1518 Springs and aggressive cam profiles.
