VIN J 3100 Intake Manifold Set. 

Our Sportsman Series use the same port shapes as the Competition Series, but with an emphasis on blending instead of reshaping the entire runner path. The upper intake is gasket matched and blended 1" into the runner  and the lower is reshaped 2" from the top and bottom and then blended into the runner.

IMPORTANT!  If you have a 1994 or 1995 3100, your lower intake manifold will need to be modified to clear the stamped steel rocker arms.  If you have a 1996 3100, please check your rocker arms to verify yours are roller fulcrum rockers.  There is a $40 charge to setup the test engine and clearance for your stamped rockers (select no to roller rockers).  For more information, please read this article. 

IMPORTANT!  All 94-99 3100 owners will need to select the hybrid gasket option so that the metal lower intake gaskets match your cylinder heads. This gasket set does not include the new lower intake manifold bolts with thread locker.  You will need to clean your bolts and apply a thread locker to keep them from loosening up and creating a gasket leak in the future.

IMPORTANT!  Your heater return coolant line connection to the lower intake is a threaded adapter, not a press in setup like these newer manifolds.  You will need to either get the press in tube, or select the option for threading the manifold.
