Only available from 2004-2006, these non VVT heads are a huge step forward for what is likely the last revision compatible with the 3400 engine. These will not fit the 2.8, 3.1, or 3100 engines due to the combustion chamber size vs the bore of the engine.

For naturally aspirated LA1 3400 or LX9 3500 engines, these WOT-Tech ported heads are tough to beat.

PAC 1518 Spring and LS6 spring pricing includes seats/seals needed to use these. PAC 1518 springs also have the machine work included to increase the install height to relieve the seat pressure. Manley Race valves are recommended for nitrous and boost applications.

	Surface textured to help reduce fuel drop out. Flow bench optimized flow and velocity for naturally aspirated applications and mild boost applications
	Deshrouded heart shaped combustion chamber. Compare with WOT-Tech street/strip ported 3400 heads.
	3500 heads offer the best consistancy of any Gen 3 compatible head. WOT-Tech porting improves this without the labor associated with flowmatching 3400 and older heads.
	The exhaust port is now wider and has a ledge in the runner to increase velocity and flow compared to 3400 heads.
	Minimal grinding is done to improve flow while polishing helps with carbon buildup.
	3400 style intake valve on the left, with the 3500 intake valve on the right. Lighter weight valves give better throttle response and overall engine efficiency plus higher RPM capability.
	Similar looking exhaust though now lighter as well due to a different shape on the face of the valve. Same benefit to the intake valve for weight reduction.
	In 2003, GM switched to an 8mm rocker arm bolt. The rockers look identical other than the top of the bolt. If you want to swap to 3500 heads, make sure you have the right rocker arms. Available from WOT-Tech while supplies last (check the clearance rack)
