Gasket matched and blended from the plenum area of the intake manifold to provide a smooth transition to your lower intake manifold.  This upper works well with either the sportsman or competition series lower intake manifold. Compatible with a stock lower intake as well.

There is an $80 refundable core charge applied if you are not sending the manifold in to be cleaned/ported.  Please be sure there is nothing left on the manifold if you send one in first.  Also please be aware that the core return has to be the same EGR type.

Below are pictures of a 2000 and newer upper intake manifold, which is recommended over the older style for performance.  If you are planning on sending a 96-99 manifold back, and/or you want the easiest upgrade path using your stock equipment, you must select the option for 96-99.

Optional Gasket kit for the upper includes the upper intake gaskets, egr gasket, and throttle body gasket.

	Cleaned, ported, and ready to install.
	Gasket surfaces are clean and checked for flatness. Ports are gasket matched and the runners are opened up for the best flow found from flowbench testing.
	This angle shows the work done to the beginning of the runner inside the plenum. Bolt Bosses are completely removed for the best consistancy between all runners.
	Optional 62mm opening for larger throttle bodies 59-62mm.
	Optional 65mm opening for larger throttle bodies 62-65mm
