Performance Chips carry a 30 day money back guarantee.  Try it out for a month and see what you think.  If you don't like it, send it back for a full refund minus the shipping costs.   If you keep it, there is a lifetime updates plan that is included in the cost.  If you change your thermostat, want a different limiter, etc, just send it back and it will get taken care of.

Ported heads require half the amount paid in advance and the other half paid when they ship.  There is no refund on ported heads. Ported manifolds may be returned within 15 days, with a 25% restocking fee included.

No Refunds on ARP head studs or main stud kits. No refunds on performance cams.  If you have any questions on cam selection, please ask!  We can help with any setup you may be working on.

All sales are final on custom orders, such as all Cometic MLS head gaskets, Diamond forged pistons and rings, Comp roller cams,  custom length pushrods, etc.  If you are not sure if an item is custom, please call, email, or use our contact form to find out.

No returns on any other products after 30 days, no exceptions.  A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns orders not listed above, and the items must be in the same condition as they were shipped.  Partial refunds are not given for unused gaskets or parts that came as part of a larger kit (i.e. valve stem seals from a head gasket set).

Insurance is optional.  If you do not pay for insurance, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods.

If you have any questions or comments, please use thecontact page.  Responses are usually within 12 - 24 hours. Weekends and holidays, you can send a message but please be patient.  If you need to talk to someone , please leave a call back number and a usual time/time frame that is good for you.  It is not practical to answer calls with the current staff, sorry for the inconvienence.  Email is recommended for fastest response.

Core Returns

Core returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving the parts.  Core parts must be in good usable condition (no cracks, modification, or paint/powder coating).  Parts must be the same type as you received.  It is important to package your core returns properly, using enough packing material to keep them safe.  Insurance and delivery confirmation are required if you want to make a claim on damaged goods caused from shipping.  Faster shipping methods are less prone to damage, so be aware of this if you decide to use the cheapest method possible to ship core returns.


You must request an RMA # to send any product back.  Failure to do so will require you to pay for shipping your parts back if you want them.  Absolutly no refunds will be given without an RMA #.


All border fees and taxes are the buyers responsibility.  Shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service unless you contact us and wish to ship though a different courier.  WOT-Tech will not mark an international package as a gift, or lower the value of the product to lower any taxes or fees.  Insurance and delivery confirmation are used for all orders.
